These Terms forming a legal agreement between you and ZmerK for your access to and use of Nuytic AI, including the mobile application, website, and AI features.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using Nuytic AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Nuytic AI.

The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Nuytic AI is NOT a medical device. You must not use the Service to diagnose, treat, or manage any disease. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or medication decisions.

May convert to paid plans if not cancelled.
